Background:

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pa, I moved to Minneapolis back in 2004 and fell in love with the city so much that I decided to stay to attend the Aveda Institute for Cosmetology. I graduated with honors in 2007 and moved to Chicago to do hair in the “big city”. Four years later I moved back to Minneapolis and found Avant.  I no longer do hair, but because I love making people feel good about themselves and love the beauty industry, Avant is where you will find me for a long time to come.
